The agWorkflow mobile app is designed for professionals involved in case management roles in Pharmacovigilance. agWorkflow can be accessed by users who have been assigned a manager role in the ARISg safety system. agWorkflow provides workflow managers with a mobile and accessible way to manage and track the ICSRs (individual case safety reports) present in the ARISg Safety Database. It is important that cases received in safety application are attended to at the earliest so as to meet with the reporting timelines of cases. With agWorkflow at fingertips, the workflow managers can perform the following tasks without having to use desktop.
1) Check total number of cases present in all workflow activities.
2) Access unassigned cases in the workflow and assign them to applicable users in the system.
3) Change the user of a case to perform reassignment of case(s).
4) Check the status of case(s) pending with a user as well as case(s) processed by a user within a defined time period.
5) Track ICSRs approaching reporting timelines and expedite the processing to avoid lateness.
6) Generate and download a metrics report of various case processing parameters for defined timelines.

agWorkflow can connect with multiple desktop versions of ARISg.
